The 1st Leadership Program for Ukrainian women showed there was a great demand and interest for such a program, and a significant number of women with the right profile to complete it. The success of the program can be seen, among other indicators, in the fact that two of the final assignments led to the launch of proposed initiatives. The Lundin Chair of Sustainability at IMD is grateful to both institutions for agreeing to increase the offering in 2025 to two programs, with additional topics most relevant given the challenging context in which Ukrainian business leaders must operate. We wish all participants a rewarding learning experience

As IMD, we are very pleased that we can now, together with MIM, offer these executive programs to future leaders in Ukraine. This initiative will make a real difference, and we have been very impressed by the past participants. We have put particular care into selecting relevant programs to assist the participants in their future journeys. For some, the right solution is a longer journey to go deeper into strategic issues. For others, a faster model around business creativity and leadership may be right. We feel privileged that we, as IMD, can contribute to this vital leadership development at such a critical time. IMD is grateful to the Lundin Chair for making this possible
